      Checks/money orders made payable to Greater Mexico Chamber of Commerce.  Fees are not transferable or refundable.  It is important that you read and fill in this form carefully and send to The Greater Mexico Chamber of Commerce, P O Box 158, Mexico, and NY 13114.  If your paperwork goes elsewhere, your acceptance will be delayed.  I have read the rules and regulations.  I understand that any decision of the Event Committee is final and that any violation or hazard to the public will be cause for immediate revocation of my permit(s) and I agree to abide by the same.   I agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify the Greater Mexico Chamber of Commerce, Mexico Point Park and the Town of Mexico for any lawsuits, claims or other action that arise from my conduct.   Acceptance of this application is solely at the discretion of the Greater Mexico Chamber of Commerce Event Committee.
